This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Manage Payroll Time processes from start to finish for designated pay groups within Workday independently.
• Evaluate time data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency.
• Generate and uphold regular and on-demand reports to aid business leaders, audits, compliance obligations, and workforce analysis.
• Assist with complex inquiries from employees and managers through thorough time data analysis and resolution of issues.
• Design and implement testing scenarios, including user acceptance testing (UAT), system upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
• Process and verify retroactive time entries while ensuring adherence to company policy and legal requirements.
• Oversee payroll time controls, pinpoint process risks and control deficiencies, and take corrective measures.
• Collaborate with Payroll and various cross-functional teams to address challenges and enhance processes.
• Propel continuous process improvement initiatives by utilizing data insights, automation, AI tools, and reporting capabilities.
• Oversee project deliverables from initiation to implementation, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion.
• Assist in the administration of the Workday Time module and contribute to efforts aimed at system optimization.
• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Payroll and/or Time-to-Pay.
• At least 2 years of experience regarding payroll time regulations in Germany.
• Proficiency in both English and German.
• Strong familiarity with payroll time systems, preferably Workday Time.
• Intermediate Excel skills are necessary; experience with Power BI is preferred.
• Solid understanding of payroll compliance and time administration processes.
• Proven capability to analyze complex data and convert insights into practical business solutions.
• Established ability to recognize trends and proactively suggest process enhancements.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
