• Analyze and establish requirements for payroll processing.
• Create and design comprehensive requirement specifications, prioritize them, and manage the product backlog.
• Collaborate extensively with clients and engage in workshops to ensure a complete understanding and integration of client needs.
• Maintain system content; assess and update modifications in collective agreements and tariff regulations.
• Assist in subject-matter quality assurance.
• Utilize agile methodologies such as Scrum, Design Thinking, and Personas.
• Relevant training or professional experience (at least 3 years) in payroll processing from previous positions.
• Familiarity with collective bargaining/tariff agreements (ideally within the public sector context, such as TVöD, TV-L, AVR).
• A strong interest in and capability for analytical tasks.
• Basic IT knowledge and a penchant for technology.
• Enjoyment of teamwork to create solutions.
• A methodical and independent working approach.
• Excellent German language proficiency (C1+).
