Payroll Specialist – Customer Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You will be part of the Customer Service – Self-Service team.

• Address complex client inquiries regarding labor issues, contributions, IRPF, etc.

• Serve as a liaison between clients, products, and technology.

• Collaborate with the BPO team to share knowledge.

• Contribute to enhancing the team's knowledge base.

• Strong experience in payroll management and labor administration.

• Proficient in labor legislation, Social Security, and IRPF.

• Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.

• Proactive profile, with initiative to suggest improvements.
