Payroll Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Accountable for assisting operational teams to ensure they possess the skills and knowledge necessary to meet client deadlines.

• Collaborate with Management to deliver optimal service to clients by providing functional and technical expertise support.

• Execute accurate and efficient payroll preparation and calculations, ensuring timely and correct payment processing.

• Manage, control, and update complex personnel information and payroll data for clients in SAP HR.

• Address and resolve personnel administration, time management, and payroll-related issues.

• Advise clients on the implementation and application of employment law, assisting them in finding solutions for administrative, payroll, and legal challenges.

• Serve as a key user of SAP HR for clients.

• Prepare reports using SAP HR.

• Engage in daily communication with other departments and clients via phone and email.

• Foster and maintain a relationship built on trust and mutual respect with clients.

• Stay updated on changes and developments in employment law.

• Generate regular and on-demand payroll reports and statistical data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

• Familiarity with SAP HR or other HR systems is advantageous.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and adherence to deadlines.

• High level of integrity with an understanding of confidentiality and diplomacy.

• Capability to organize work and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Ability to work independently while demonstrating a strong commitment to the team and department.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in English.
