• Calculation and processing of payroll along with reimbursements.
• Posting payroll and vacation accruals into the accounting system, followed by a monthly review and posting of actual figures.
• Liaising with outsourced accountants regarding payroll matters and addressing inquiries from employees.
• Preparing invoices and acceptance documents for various types of employment.
• Calculating bonuses for all staff members and supporting the HR/Recruiting team in developing new calculators based on KPIs and objectives.
• Distributing or uploading payslips monthly and assisting employees with their inquiries.
• Providing guidance to employees regarding payroll calculations, payment distributions, and other payment-related questions.
• Assisting in communications with banks on payroll-related issues.
• Compiling analytical reports for Finance and HR departments.
• Over 3 years of experience in payroll processing and accounting within the tech or accounting sectors.
• Proven history of scaling up/start-ups or expanding business projects within an organization.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets, including a strong command of formulas.
• Capability to handle large datasets effectively.
• A university degree.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, often high-pressure environment.
• B1+ proficiency in the English language.
• Competence to operate within a matrix structure with shared responsibilities and resources.
