• Deliver critical, precise support in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing across Moniepoint’s global operations.
• Guarantee that our international team receives accurate and punctual payments.
• Act as the steward of payroll data accuracy.
• Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries.
• Advocate for compliant financial reporting practices.
• Prepare, verify, and document payroll inputs across all active platforms in India and the UK.
• Conduct thorough monthly cycles, which include variance analysis, accuracy validations, and reconciling payroll feeders with the general ledger.
• Review and validate employee lifecycle changes (such as hiring, terminations, and promotions) between HRIS and payroll systems.
• Uphold and comply with SOX-compliant workflows.
• Assist in the timely submission of PAYE, pensions, taxes, and other local statutory obligations across various jurisdictions.
• Aid in generating detailed schedules and documentation for audits.
• Minimum of 4 years of focused payroll or HR operations experience in a professional setting.
• Practical knowledge of global payroll platforms such as Payfit, Gusto, Monnify, Razorpay, or other similar cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of competency in working with spreadsheets, intricate data sets, and financial figures.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data trends.
• Previous experience in managing multi-entity and multi-currency payroll systems.
• Basic understanding of payroll regulations in India and the UK.
• Experience with maintaining internal controls (SOX) within a payroll operations framework.
