• Accurately gather, examine, and process both manual and electronic timesheets.
• Review timesheet data to ensure precision and completeness.
• Detect discrepancies in reported hours or pay data and implement necessary corrections.
• Consistently fulfill daily, weekly, and monthly payroll processing timelines.
• Act as the primary contact for clinicians concerning payroll-related questions.
• Investigate and analyze payroll concerns or irregularities to uncover root causes.
• Ensure payroll practices adhere to federal, state, and local labor regulations.
• Protect sensitive employee information by upholding strict confidentiality standards.
• Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for internal team members.
• Maintain thorough and organized records of all payroll transactions.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Proficient in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to effectively convey information to clinicians and management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, paired with effective listening abilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, ensuring prompt and professional issue resolution.
