This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Accurately process payroll on a weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly basis and ensure timely delivery.
• Validate and review timesheets, wages, bonuses, and deductions meticulously.
• Guarantee precise calculations for taxes, withholdings, and various payroll deductions.
• Maintain comprehensive payroll records and update employee information in payroll systems.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding, terminations, and adjustments to compensation.
• Reconcile payroll reports efficiently and address discrepancies promptly.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve issues swiftly.
• Assist with audits and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations.
• Oversee garnishments, benefits deductions, and direct deposit processes.
• Aid in year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation.
• 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Strong grasp of payroll principles and tax withholdings.
• Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, or comparable platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines.
• Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
