Payroll Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete payroll operations for Group 3 PE independently.

• Conduct bookkeeping and tax accounting tasks for Group 3 PE, which include Unified Tax, Unified Social Contribution, and Military Levy.

• Open and oversee bank accounts in UAH and foreign currencies, utilizing online banking systems.

• Keep track of income and expenses while maintaining accurate revenue records.

• Prepare and process essential accounting documents such as invoices, acts of acceptance, delivery notes, and contracts.

• Compile, verify, and submit tax returns and reports diligently.

• Ensure timely payment of taxes and other mandatory contributions.

• Utilize the Taxpayer's Electronic Cabinet, 1C, Vchasno, Diia, and additional electronic platforms and software.

• Offer consultations regarding compliant business practices for UA FOP.

• Register, close, and update UA FOP data through the Diia platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an accountant for PE, particularly with Group 3.

• Familiarity with Ukrainian tax legislation specific to PE, Group 3.

• Experience managing bank accounts, including those in foreign currencies.

• Proficient in accounting software and electronic services.

• Capability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.

• Advanced skills in Excel and Word.

• Intermediate proficiency in the English language.

• Experience using CRM systems for tracking transactions and payments.

• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines.

• Analytical thinking skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling financial data.
