This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Adhere to the payroll calendar timelines for the preparation of precise inputs and validation of new hire details.
• Assess and confirm payroll outputs to guarantee 100% accuracy.
• Facilitate approvals with the payroll manager and oversee vendor communications.
• Complete tracking documents and ensure timely statutory payments.
• Handle year-end filings and provide support for tax documentation.
• Ensure prompt updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate closely with HR to maintain a smooth data flow between systems.
• At least 5–7 years of recent experience in the field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Advanced skills in contemporary payroll systems, service desk tools, and MS Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.).
• Demonstrated expertise in Czechia and EMEA payroll (Czechia, Croatia, Poland, UK, Germany, France), as well as labor laws, taxation, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
• Capacity to perform under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines while safeguarding data confidentiality.
• Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to numerical accuracy and data integrity.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
