This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee project operations

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, emphasizing the enhancement and maintenance of overall customer satisfaction

• Direct daily team activities

• Monitor various productivity and performance metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Payroll / Tax

• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role

• Proficient in PC use, including Microsoft Office applications

• FPC or CPP certification is preferred
