Payroll Service Manager, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Independently handle the complete payroll process from start to finish

• Oversee and manage ticket queues effectively

• Ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Conduct and oversee a Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

• Supervise schedule adherence and enhance team productivity

• Provide support to associates and specialists in payroll processing

• Proficient in utilizing the hrX suite of tools

• Strong capability to coach and formulate action plans

• Ability to identify and handle sensitive information appropriately

• Knowledge of SOC compliance
