Payroll Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Executes payroll processes utilizing Workday

• Produces on-demand payments as requested

• Inputs and manages employee master file records

• Supports new client implementations as required

• Maintains documentation for payroll services support

• Aids in special projects as necessary

• Records activities in the Client Manager ticketing system

• Delivers exceptional payroll services support

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; advanced education preferred

• 1 year of experience as a Payroll Clerk

• 2-5 years of payroll experience with commonly used industry software

• FPC certification required before or within 6 months of employment

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Familiarity with payroll and payroll processing is preferred

• Experience with Zendesk and/or Salesforce applications
