Payroll Partner Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Manage relationships with global payroll partners, serving as the primary contact and leading regular operational and strategic evaluations.

• Collaborate closely with Operations to oversee service performance, KPIs, and SLAs.

• Direct the resolution of complex service challenges and escalations, coordinating with internal teams and partners.

• Advocate for the payroll partner network internally across various business initiatives and change programs.

• Leverage data and customer insights to recognize trends and foster continuous improvement.

• Assist in governance activities, including audits, compliance, and risk management.

• Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships, broaden service offerings, and support business growth.

• Contribute to the development and evolution of the global payroll partner network, which includes onboarding new partners and enhancing partner performance.
