This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Manage comprehensive payroll processing for various pay groups and legal entities.
• Ensure precision, compliance, and prompt delivery of payroll.
• Oversee payroll lifecycle aspects within local payroll systems, which includes data validation, reconciliations, issue resolution, and final outputs.
• Administer commissions, bonuses, equity transactions, severance, and retroactive adjustments while adhering to local regulations.
• Track payroll schedules and escalate risks when inputs are incomplete or delayed.
• Maintain documentation that is compliant with SOX and ready for audits.
• Assist with audit and reporting requirements.
• Address employee inquiries and provide stakeholders with accurate, timely information.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements.
• Participate in efforts to standardize and automate processes.
• Function effectively in a dynamic environment while upholding strong control standards.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, HR, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Familiarity with regional payroll regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Payroll certification is advantageous where applicable.
• Proficiency in German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, or Turkish is a plus.
