
Payroll Operations Processor II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Update and manage both routine and non-routine retirement plan payroll files.
• Ensure the accuracy of payroll reporting at the plan sponsor level.
• Balance tasks across various plan sponsors while performing additional duties in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
• Support and advocate for change management along with departmental and enterprise initiatives.
• Make regular and irregular decisions with limited but progressively greater discretion.
• Address issues with retirement plan payroll files that are not in order by reaching out to relevant internal or external stakeholders.
• Oversee incoming work queues and mailboxes, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Elevate issues and concerns to management as necessary.
• High School Diploma or GED, or a minimum of an associate degree in place of required experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in processing or a similar role directly related to the duties and responsibilities of this position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate with others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in navigating various systems, databases, platforms, and software.
• Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in response to changing business needs.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in retirement plan operations is preferred.
• Data entry experience in a fast-paced, team setting is preferred.
• Intermediate skills and knowledge in Microsoft Excel are preferred.
• Ability to assess information and the implications of various courses of action or solutions is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities while maintaining strict attention to detail are preferred.
• Relationship management skills with internal and/or external clients are preferred.
