Payroll Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of payroll software for both new and existing clients.

• Gain a thorough understanding of clients' payroll processes and requirements to effectively configure the software.

• Set up SaaS products, workflows, and tailor them to meet customer-specific needs.

• Assist in the migration of payroll data, integrations, and testing procedures.

• Work with APIs, ETL processes, and data transformation as necessary.

• Guide clients through user acceptance testing and ensure they are prepared for the go-live phase.

• Provide training and clearly articulate software functionalities to clients.

• Offer support to clients during the go-live phase and facilitate the transition to ongoing support.

• Manage multiple customer projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to address issues and achieve successful results.

• Keep clients updated on progress, timelines, potential risks, and any issues that arise.

• Travel to client locations as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical payroll experience and a solid understanding of payroll processes are essential.

• Proven experience in SaaS/software implementation, onboarding, or technical consulting.

• Direct experience working with clients to comprehend their requirements and implement suitable solutions.

• Familiarity with payroll software or systems.

• Knowledge of software configuration, workflows, and integrations.

• Experience with APIs, ETL, data migration, or data transformation.

• Confidence in managing multiple clients, projects, or priorities simultaneously.

• Ability to convey software and technical information in straightforward terms.

• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is advantageous.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located, or the ability to obtain the necessary authorization.
