Payroll Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead, inspire, coach, manage priorities, train, and retain a team of skilled professionals supporting various countries within a region.

• Oversee and manage employee leaves and absences.

• Foster accountability within the team to create and maintain process documentation.

• Ensure the timely and accurate execution of controls, forecasts, accuracy, FRA reporting, and ticket resolution.

• Conduct regular agenda-driven meetings with stakeholders; share metrics and gather stakeholder feedback.

• Host periodic agenda-driven meetings with key vendors to monitor performance and ensure business requirements are fulfilled.

• Identify issues, present solutions, and proactively propose options that may help mitigate future problems.

• Recognize and manage necessary process improvements and system enhancements to support the design and implementation of HR plans, programs, and new tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of prior experience in payroll within a multinational context.

• Proficiency in English is essential; an additional European language is considered a significant advantage.

• Proven history of fostering team accountability and achieving agreed KPIs.

• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across EMEA markets.

• A mindset geared towards Continuous Improvement, ideally supported by Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification.

• Strong experience with ADP, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

• Robust background in process management and improvement, with the ability to identify, standardize, optimize, and streamline end-to-end payroll and HR processes.

• Proven capability to drive operational excellence, process governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
