This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Responsible for managing the effective implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients.
• Oversee and direct the complete payroll implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer for clients.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, guiding clients through the setup and migration stages.
• Facilitate project review meetings (both internal and external), coordinating and executing on various project streams.
• Define and establish the agreed-upon client payroll processes, outlining all necessary payroll and data requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status updates, and process records.
• Define, agree upon, and configure all interfaces, reports, and system settings to successfully implement parallel and live payroll.
• Collaborate with the client to achieve project sign-off and document all client-specific requirements and processes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all payroll project-related inquiries from the client.
• Schedule and participate in weekly client calls to report on project progress, identifying risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
• Collect essential requirements from clients to streamline the onboarding process.
• Over 5 years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance regulations in Poland.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and software applications.
• Client-facing project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Project management certification (such as PMP) is an advantage.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to manage various projects under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
