• The leader accountable for driving market penetration through focused Payroll initiatives that generate additional revenue from both new and existing clients.
• Oversee and meet the Division’s monthly sales productivity targets while managing and guiding a team.
• Responsible for the recruitment and interviewing processes to ensure continuous growth of the sales teams.
• Provide ongoing support to field employees to understand their challenges and offer coaching when necessary.
• Maintain records of current and prospective clients in line with company policies.
• Deliver status updates to the VP and/or SVP.
• Accountable for meeting minimum production requirements, including achieving the Install Margin Goal percentage.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings and conduct one-on-ones with team members on a weekly basis.
• Host monthly training sessions for the team.
• Additional tasks may be assigned as required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.
• Successful completion of DMAP Training is necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to speak effectively in front of groups.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure consistent sales performance each month.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative and complete objectives.
• Comprehensive understanding of how to effectively manage the entire sales cycle.
• In-depth industry knowledge along with a working understanding of the sales process.
• Ability to devise innovative solutions to challenges.
• Proactive mindset with a strong work ethic and customer-focused, entrepreneurial approach.
• Ability to effectively manage change.
• Capacity to work independently while maintaining the organizational culture.
• Willingness to spend at least 50% of the time in the field.
• Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of formal training and relevant work experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outside sales and sales management is preferred.
