Payroll Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Accurately process and execute payroll on schedule.

• Generate payroll reports, ensuring all data is precise and current.

• Review payroll information for inconsistencies and address issues promptly.

• Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring adherence to company policies.

• Work collaboratively with HR and operations teams to ensure accurate employee data.

• Assist with audits and payroll reconciliations as required.

• Manage and monitor payroll-related tasks utilizing internal systems and tools.

• Ensure deadlines are achieved while upholding a high level of accuracy.

• Tech-savvy with experience in:

• Previous payroll experience is an advantage.
