Payroll Consultant, Dayforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mauritius.

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate Dayforce Payroll and/or WFM implementations throughout the stages of discovery, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare.

• Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their business needs and convert them into optimal Dayforce solutions.

• Configure Dayforce in your area of expertise, ensuring that solutions are appropriate and aligned with client requirements.

• Support workshops, gather requirements, engage in solution design discussions, and conduct system demonstrations.

• Address issues that arise during implementation and offer clear, actionable recommendations.

• Foster trusted relationships with clients and serve as a primary contact throughout the delivery process.

• Collaborate with internal consultants and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Uphold high delivery standards, maintain documentation, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Contribute to ongoing improvement within the practice, including knowledge sharing and excellence in delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical Dayforce configuration experience in Payroll and/or Workforce Management.

• Proven experience in delivering Dayforce implementations across the entire project lifecycle, beyond just BAU administration or support.

• Strong comprehension of payroll and/or workforce management processes and their implications for system design.

• Ability to transform complex client requirements into clear, well-structured configurations.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and effectiveness in troubleshooting during the delivery phase.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Comfortable in a client-facing consulting environment.

• Dayforce certification in your specific module area is highly desirable.

• Experience with Advanced Scheduling would be advantageous.

• Dayforce Payroll consultancy.

• Dayforce Workforce Management consultancy.

• Vendor-side professional services or implementation roles.

• In-house Dayforce specialists with a strong focus on implementation ownership.
