Payroll Analyst – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Carry out comprehensive payroll processing and reconciliation, including onboarding, vacation, termination, payroll, provisions, and accounting.

• Implement employee registration processes, along with payroll movements and entries.

• Oversee and ensure adherence to SLAs defined between the client and the company.

• Guarantee that all payroll procedures comply with legislation and meet statutory deadlines.

• Engage in technical, operational, and process-improvement alignment meetings.

• Maintain controls and conduct audits on payroll processes.

• Execute the submission and validation of both recurring and non-recurring statutory filings: FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb, eSocial, PERDCOMP, eConsignado.

• Prepare annual filings such as DIRF and the Income Statement (Informe de Rendimentos).

• Assist in coordinating technical support and advisory for the internal team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with the Domínio payroll system.

• Hands-on experience in payroll processing.

• Familiarity with labor legislation, specifically Brazilian labor laws.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Knowledge of the LG (Nuvem) system.

• Experience with BI tools.

• Background working in outsourcing/BPO/consulting firms.
