This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Handle daily payables associated with loan settlements and disbursement operations across Wisr products.
• Oversee settlement-related challenges, ensuring prompt resolution and precision, which includes investigating and reprocessing any failed or rejected payments.
• Execute daily receivables tasks, such as clearing and allocating funds, managing arrears positions, and handling dishonoured payments.
• Collaborate with partners to investigate and allocate unallocated funds, thereby reducing the daily spot balance.
• Process weekly payables for WisrApp Roundups and monthly payables for aggregator commissions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while assisting and educating customers regarding these processes and addressing complex loan servicing-related inquiries and complaints.
• Document and provide necessary details for insurance-related claims pertaining to Secured Vehicle Loans.
• Coordinate with both internal and external customers to troubleshoot and resolve system and process-related issues as well as customer complaints.
• Actively identify gaps in processes and knowledge, taking steps to address them accordingly.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with fundamental payment principles.
• Knowledge of the Australian banking and payments landscape.
• Ability to follow processes with support.
• Capacity to follow processes with minimal support, propose improvements, and transition autonomously between tasks without direction.
• Capability to identify and flag potential risks.
• Understanding of operational risk principles, with the ability to flag risks and comply with the escalation policy.
• Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and a genuine sense of care and empathy for various stakeholders and customers at different stages of the product life cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
