• Develops profitable new business by nurturing strong partnerships and strategically collaborating with a financial institution partner in the market.
• Recognizes business opportunities through an understanding of clients, markets, products, and services.
• Delivers sales presentations to contracted partners and potential clients, highlighting the advantages of utilizing the organization’s products and services to fulfill their needs.
• Implements and sustains an effective referral network and calling program to drive sales.
• Oversees the ongoing account relationship with current customers.
• Fosters and maintains internal relationships, as well as building positive public relationships within the community to enhance the organization's reputation and generate new business.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Two to three years of pertinent sales experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fundamental knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organizational operations.
• Strong skills in marketing, business development/sales, and negotiation.
• Ability to creatively address client concerns and challenges.
• Basic skills in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
