Payment Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the functionality of payment methods, addressing issues with relevant providers and teams;

• Evaluate acceptance rates for various payment methods/providers/cashiers, making informed decisions on which methods to activate/deactivate and the volume of transactions to process for each;

• Maintain adequate available balances across multiple payment methods to facilitate withdrawals, initiate top-ups, and analyze the cost structures associated with each method;

• Develop and review backup, contingency, and emergency plans;

• Establish monitoring guidelines and procedures for the monitoring and support teams;

• Provide daily and weekly reports on payment activities and issues to the Head of Operations;

• Support the integration of new payment providers/methods;

• Recommend improvements to products/flows (e.g., validation fields, placeholders on forms);

• Address inquiries from customer support;

• Evaluate new payment method integrations/deployments;

• Collaborate closely with the BI department to ensure data-driven enhancements to all internal reporting and consistent tracking of key business metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a billing/payments manager/support role or a similar position within online payments;

• Proficient in handling numerical data and processing financial/transactional information;

• Advanced user of Excel and other MS Office applications;

• Strong understanding of technical integrations, funnels, and flows related to online payments;

• Experience in effective written and verbal communication with international clients or partners;

• Comprehensive knowledge of payment and transactional systems and services;

• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English;

• Experience within the iGaming industry is a plus.
