Payment Integration Product Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of processes and gathering of requirements for the implementation of the Payment Integrity product.

• Engage in client communications, ensuring thorough documentation of requirements and obtaining necessary sign-offs.

• Facilitate interactions with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations teams.

• Assist the Director of Implementation in driving the growth strategy for Payment Integrity.

• Manage multiple projects while providing mentorship and guidance to members of the implementation team.

• Conduct training, ensure quality assurance, and develop departmental guides and standard operating procedures.

• Quickly escalate and resolve issues related to client project customizations and delays within the project portfolio.

• Document and execute plans for new product deployment and operational readiness, including the construction of platform builds.

• Maintain essential documentation and artifacts necessary for the implementation process.

• Serve as an internal consultant, advocate, and mentor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Payment Integrity Audit and Recovery.

• At least 8 years of experience within the healthcare sector, ideally in a claims payment or audit recovery setting.

• Over 8 years of experience in external client-facing roles.

• A minimum of 4 years of collaborative experience with Information Technology and various organizational departments.

• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, and MS Office Products.

• Experience in documenting and executing plans for new product deployment and operational readiness related to platform builds.

• Expertise in requirements gathering, systems integrations, data onboarding, process flow design, and project management.

• Strong ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal and external audiences at all levels.
