Payment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montenegro, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily PSP balances to ensure there are adequate funds for processing transactions.

• Analyze various metrics across different payment solutions.

• Conduct daily reconciliations of transactions.

• Manage settlements for PSPs that lack automated settlement processes.

• Process requested refunds using back-office systems.

• Collaborate with payment vendors for account creation, onboarding, updates, and compliance requests.

• Assist the Product team with new implementations, system updates, and ongoing projects.

• Address internal and external inquiries related to payments.

• Gather monthly fees, perform invoice reconciliations, and generate reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within online payment solutions or the Forex sector.

• Exceptional command of the English language.

• Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks concurrently.
