This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Build and nurture enduring relationships with clients and essential stakeholders on the client's side.
• Gain insight into client business models, operational workflows, and payment-related requirements.
• Track and project significant payment performance indicators.
• Develop strategic plans for designated clients.
• Work in collaboration with PSP Business Development, Technical teams, Business Account Managers, and other stakeholders to address issues and achieve successful results.
• Relay client needs and feedback to internal teams.
• Discover opportunities for enhancing account management processes and executing initiatives that boost efficiency and service quality.
• Proven experience in client-oriented roles that involve relationship management, account management, or customer success.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in English at an advanced level (B2 or above).
• Native-level proficiency in Russian.
• Solid understanding of the IT sector and its fundamental business processes.
• Exceptional time management capabilities.
