PATT Configuration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Set up and manage the Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules to fulfill intricate business needs.

• Oversee the complete solution delivery process, encompassing design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with the Payroll & Absence teams to comprehend business requirements and convert them into effective Workday solutions.

• Conduct impact assessments for new features and upgrades during Workday releases (R1 & R2).

• Create and implement test plans, resolve issues, and guarantee quality assurance for all configurations.

• Offer expert-level insights on Workday best practices and system enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in Workday configuration, with a strong focus on Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.

• Workday certification in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.

• Experience in supporting Workday in environments that span multiple countries and currencies.

• Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit standards.

• Proficient computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint).

• Strong communication abilities: capable of simplifying complex concepts and aligning various stakeholders.
