This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage all incoming patient inquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and empathy, acting as the primary contact for each patient.
• Follow the Inbound Call Procedure and Scripting rigorously, incorporating the Standard Greeting Script to ensure consistent and compassionate communication.
• Assess and address common reasons for inbound calls, including initial scheduling, re-scheduling, appointment troubleshooting, insurance/billing inquiries, patient feedback/complaints, medication status inquiries, and urgent patient requirements.
• Assist with appointment management by confirming appointment times and rescheduling as necessary.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or in roles that involve direct customer interaction.
• At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish.
