Patient Reimbursement Specialist – Spécialiste du remboursement aux patients

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated projects or patient reimbursement and coordination cases for the NavieGo branch.

• Manage all necessary components to secure prescription drug coverage for patients.

• Organize documents, submissions, and related paperwork with insurance providers and public/federal funding programs.

• Facilitate pharmacy processes once funding has been secured.

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of public, private, and federal funding mechanisms.

• Collaborate with pharmacists at BioScript Pharmacy.

• Oversee all aspects of assigned patient cases.

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated healthcare providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory for this role, as indicated in the French posting.

• Previous reimbursement experience is a significant advantage.

• Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance sectors is beneficial.

• Minimum of 2 years of customer/client service experience is required.

• Strong skills in Microsoft and Google applications, including Google Apps, Word, and Excel.

• Professional, courteous, and efficient telephone demeanor.

• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and multitask to meet competing deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in resolving issues effectively and efficiently.

• Innovative and creative problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM EST.
