• Perform extensive outbound outreach to engage potential participants for vaccine and flu studies.

• Offer centralized recruitment assistance remotely for large-scale vaccine and flu clinical trials.

• Follow up on incoming inquiries from leads.

• Conduct preliminary phone screenings.

• Schedule appointments for prospective participants.

• Keep precise documentation within recruitment systems.

• Act as the initial contact for potential participants.
