Patient Recruitment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive support to the Patient Recruitment & Retention team in achieving and sustaining team goals.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as status reporting, creating meeting agendas and minutes, organizing teleconferences, managing vendor reports, tracking finances, developing and processing contracts/SOW, reporting ROI, and overseeing clinical/MLR review and approval documentation.

• Oversee the approval, printing, and shipment of Patient Recruitment materials.

• Aid in vendor reporting and tracking by maintaining current files and activity logs.

• Collaborate with Patient Recruitment Managers and study team members to organize documentation within the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).

• Support content creation and review, and engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Contribute to presentations and operational plans for various programs.

• Assist in enhancing clinical systems, managing projects, supporting department initiatives, and developing training materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located on the East Coast of the US.

• 2–5 years of practical experience in clinical research Patient Recruitment support.

• Direct experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, contract research organization, or patient recruitment company.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.

• Exceptional verbal, written, communication, and time management abilities.

• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.

• Able to work collaboratively in a matrix environment under close supervision.

• Bachelor's degree is required.
