📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of strategies for patient recruitment and retention at both program and study levels.

• Offer strategic insights into protocol and operational planning to pinpoint enrolment opportunities, assess recruitment risks, and address retention challenges.

• Ensure the implementation of recruitment and retention initiatives aligns with established timelines, budgets, and enrolment goals.

• Supervise CROs and specialized vendors involved in patient recruitment and retention efforts.

• Aid in the improvement of recruitment tools, methodologies, and best practices throughout the clinical development portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Public Health, Marketing, or a related discipline is essential.

• An advanced degree is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in patient recruitment, patient engagement, or clinical trial enrolment strategy within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or specialized vendor.

• Proven track record in leading intricate, global patient recruitment programs and achieving enrolment results.
