Patient Recruitment Digital Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate digital advertising campaigns via online platforms worldwide to enhance patient recruitment for clinical studies, particularly focusing on Google and Meta channels.

• Track and refine the effectiveness of digital advertising efforts, evaluating performance against established objectives (ROI and KPIs).

• Create reports and provide recommendations regarding current and prospective advertising and patient recruitment strategies.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on ongoing and future studies, aiding in the development of digital outreach strategies.

• Offer strategic guidance to copywriters crafting patient recruitment advertising content and work with design and production teams to create visual and video materials.

• Coordinate with study leads on study initiation requirements and throughout the enrollment phase to meet randomization targets.

• Engage with media agencies and external partners to bolster patient recruitment efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in setting up and managing digital campaigns.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying materials (including static ads and short-form video content) across Google (Search and Display Network), Meta channels, TikTok, YouTube, and Spotify.

• Background in clinical trials and the drug development sector (preferred).

• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.

• Bachelor's degree.
