Patient Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supports the recruitment process for potential participants in ongoing studies.

• Reviews and gains a thorough understanding of study protocols and eligibility criteria.

• Conducts preliminary screenings of patient records.

• Matches the requirements of potential participants with current research studies.

• Makes outbound recruitment calls and arranges research appointments.

• Delivers exceptional customer service to prospective participants.

• Inputs and updates participant status in the database.

• Updates the medical histories and medication lists of potential participants.

• Monitors and reports on trends in patient acceptance or rejection.

• Develops and schedules IRB-approved social media posts and mass email communications.

• Designs recruitment materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Prior experience in clinical research patient recruitment is essential.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are required.

• Strong organizational abilities are necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

• Familiarity with basic graphic design tools like Canva is advantageous.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial.

• Capable of building rapport with patients over the phone.

• Proficient in utilizing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.) for recruitment activities.
