This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for newly enrolled patients through phone or video calls, clearly outlining the purpose and benefits of remote patient monitoring along with their assigned medical devices.
• Provide detailed step-by-step instructions for unpacking, setting up, and connecting medical devices (such as blood pressure cuffs and heart rate monitors) to the required platforms or applications, patiently addressing any initial technical challenges patients may face.
• Educate patients on the importance of regularly monitoring their vital signs, clarify what constitutes a normal range, and assist them in accurately interpreting the readings from their devices.
• Deliver effective troubleshooting support for common issues related to device setup or usage, escalating more complex technical problems to the relevant internal support teams while keeping the patient informed and reassured.
• Carefully document all patient interactions, including onboarding progress, inquiries, troubleshooting steps, and the patient's understanding in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Conduct follow-up adherence calls with patients at scheduled intervals to reinforce the importance of consistent monitoring and address any challenges they may encounter in sticking to their monitoring schedule.
• Actively participate in fostering a collaborative, supportive, and positive work environment by sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A true passion for enhancing patient care, combined with a proven ability to connect with individuals through empathy, patience, and compassion.
• A strong motivation and skill for patient education, with the capability to communicate complex technical details in a clear and accessible manner to individuals with varying levels of technical understanding.
• Prior experience in a contact center environment is a notable advantage.
• Previous sales experience, with the ability to effectively communicate program value and encourage patient engagement.
• Capability to excel in a high-volume environment, managing a demanding schedule of approximately 100 calls per day while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities, enabling the establishment of rapport and trust with patients over phone or video interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, allowing for accurate documentation of patient interactions and adherence to established protocols.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to medical devices.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficient in using computers, navigating software applications, and documenting information electronically (experience with EHR systems is advantageous).
• Competitive base pay of $20/hr.
• Shift Differentials: Evening Differential: +$1.50/hour for hours worked after 7:00 PM.
• Late-Night Differential: +$2.00/hour for hours worked after 10:00 PM.
• Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour for all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 payable after 120 days of continuous employment, contingent upon active employment and satisfactory performance at the time of payout.
• Monthly Bonus Potential: $3,000 - $4,000 on average, capped at $8,000.
