Patient Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leadership, billing, front office, and third-party vendors within the Centralized Revenue Cycle Management framework.

• Effectively reconcile and oversee legacy and Athena patient balances.

• Address and escalate any invalid balances as necessary.

• Advocate for and implement financial assistance and hardship resources.

• Handle and manage credit card agreements, unapplied credits, and refunds.

• Oversee both internal and external patient collection processes.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and organized patient demographic and financial information.

• Respond to patient billing inquiries and communicate details regarding patient balances.
