This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist patients in scheduling and completing their referrals, imaging, procedures, and screenings.
β’ Submit and monitor prior authorizations and requests for durable medical equipment (DME).
β’ Collect, organize, and manage patient medical records to facilitate coordinated care.
β’ Collaborate closely with the care team to promptly and effectively address urgent patient needs.
β’ Aid patients in completing preventive screenings (e.g., colonoscopies, mammograms, labs) and help close care quality gaps.
β’ Safeguard patient information at all times by adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality protocols.
β’ Proven track record in roles that necessitate exceptional service and support for patients or clients.
β’ Capable of managing multiple priorities, including scheduling, coordinating referrals, and efficiently processing medical orders.
β’ Excellent ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, and effectively collaborate with care team members to address inquiries or resolve issues.
β’ Strong understanding of patient confidentiality requirements with strict compliance to HIPAA standards.
β’ Experience in a healthcare setting, handling daily operational tasks.
