This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Connect with patients over the phone in a warm, supportive, and professional manner.
• Reach out to hard-to-contact patients through in-person strategies to enhance acceptance rates.
• Independently manage your outreach work queue.
• Accurately log call outcomes and actions in the designated systems, such as Salesforce and our EMR (electronic medical record systems).
• Schedule patient appointments following successful outreach efforts.
• Handle incoming calls to assist and engage with new patients.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or patient-focused role.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Preferred experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting sales goals/metrics.
• Experience in appointment scheduling.
• Background as a CNA or MA is advantageous.
• Call center experience is beneficial.
• A demonstrated commitment to exceptional patient service.
