• Assist older adults and their caregivers in navigating the intake process

• Connect patients with the appropriate therapist

• Offer emotional support and reassurance during the entire process

• Comfortable using technology, including Google Workspace and EHR platforms

• Committed to enhancing care for older adults

• Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
