• Manage and address inquiries related to the State Eligibility System.
• Supervise the Self Pay process for patients.
• Create, distribute, and retrieve electronic reports pertaining to the State Eligibility System.
• Input data into patient medical records and implement relevant changes from reports.
• Examine discrepancies in patient payer information.
• Notify internal personnel about potential patient insurance coverage losses.
• Update and oversee spreadsheets that are shared with staff members.
• Effectively communicate with patients, staff, and various departments.
• Monitor monthly payments from patients and prepare self-pay reports.
• Maintain procedures for State Eligibility and Self-Pay.
• Participate in special projects as required.
• A High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Preferred experience with State Eligibility systems.
• Preferred experience with Self Pay processes.
• Exceptional organizational and data entry abilities.
• Strong verbal communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Keen attention to detail and precision.
• Successful completion of PA Criminal Background Check.
• Must obtain both PA Childline and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances.
• Pass a Drug Screen.
• Complete TB Testing.
• Continuous training opportunities.
