โข Responds to and addresses incoming phone calls while adhering to established protocols and service standards.
โข Offers support to managers and employees with urgent requests, including assistance with HRIS (Lawson) navigation.
โข Provides initial support to managers and employees utilizing HRIS self-service tools.
โข Aids employees and managers throughout all phases of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, job transitions, and retirement.
โข Initiates contact or refers to the appropriate resources for matters requiring specialized attention or on behalf of other HR Centers of Excellence (CoE).
โข Investigates and resolves first-level Human Resources and benefits inquiries, effectively prioritizing and addressing issues to ensure satisfaction for both internal and external customers.
โข Maintains precise and timely documentation and recordkeeping related to human resource and benefit activities in the designated databases, in accordance with human resource and benefit policies and relevant regulations.
โข Contributes expertise during team meetings and training sessions.
โข Assists with HR projects as required.
โข Experience - Minimum of 3 years in HR.
โข Education - High School Diploma.
โข Special Skills - Outstanding oral and written communication abilities; Strong customer service orientation; Excellent problem-solving capabilities and multitasking skills.
