HR Performance Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Responds to and addresses incoming phone calls while adhering to established protocols and service standards.

• Offers support to managers and employees with urgent requests, including assistance with HRIS (Lawson) navigation.

• Provides initial support to managers and employees utilizing HRIS self-service tools.

• Aids employees and managers throughout all phases of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, job transitions, and retirement.

• Initiates contact or refers to the appropriate resources for matters requiring specialized attention or on behalf of other HR Centers of Excellence (CoE).

• Investigates and resolves first-level Human Resources and benefits inquiries, effectively prioritizing and addressing issues to ensure satisfaction for both internal and external customers.

• Maintains precise and timely documentation and recordkeeping related to human resource and benefit activities in the designated databases, in accordance with human resource and benefit policies and relevant regulations.

• Contributes expertise during team meetings and training sessions.

• Assists with HR projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience - Minimum of 3 years in HR.

• Education - High School Diploma.

• Special Skills - Outstanding oral and written communication abilities; Strong customer service orientation; Excellent problem-solving capabilities and multitasking skills.
