• Serve as the primary support for the HR Director.
• Oversee the daily administration of essential HR services for both employees and managers.
• Carry out a range of employment-related tasks and act as the site liaison between various centers of excellence.
• Organize and manage the Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
• Handle employee data management, including the recording and filing of employee information.
• Manage all requests for Leave of Absence.
• Communicate the company's policies and procedures effectively.
• Assist in the administration of employee performance evaluations at the site.
• Ensure compliance with Workers Compensation regulations as well as State and Federal laws at both the Site and Regional levels.
• Provide Employee Relations support to Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
• Aid in compliance and reporting for Unemployment insurance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Familiarity with leave management, including FMLA and ADA.
• Strong adherence to policies.
• Experience in employee relations.
• Skills in conflict resolution.
• Ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred, or equivalent years of experience are required.
• Preferred experience in supporting non-exempt personnel in a high-volume setting.
• Preferred familiarity with UKG and SAP SuccessFactors.
• SHRM-CP/PHR certification or a willingness to pursue certification is preferred.
