โข Accurately and promptly respond to incoming written and phone inquiries at Tier 1 and 2 levels related to Workday Access/Navigation, Benefits, and general HR matters.
โข Effectively utilize the knowledge base to research and provide timely responses.
โข Escalate issues to the Account Manager or Pod Manager when existing knowledge resources or tools are inadequate.
โข Deliver professional and timely service in response to internal audit requests.
โข Demonstrate strong communication skills through telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
โข Engage in work intake reviews to enhance the automation of audit activities and reporting.
โข Communicate any audit-related issues to leadership in a timely and efficient manner.
โข Participate in ongoing training relevant to the functional area.
โข High School Diploma is required.
โข 2 years of relevant experience and/or training.
โข Knowledge of employee benefits, COBRA, and other federal and regulatory requirements is essential.
โข Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS, and similar applications.
