Bilingual Benefits Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accurately and promptly respond to incoming written and phone inquiries at Tier 1 and 2 levels related to Workday Access/Navigation, Benefits, and general HR matters.

• Effectively utilize the knowledge base to research and provide timely responses.

• Escalate issues to the Account Manager or Pod Manager when existing knowledge resources or tools are inadequate.

• Deliver professional and timely service in response to internal audit requests.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills through telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

• Engage in work intake reviews to enhance the automation of audit activities and reporting.

• Communicate any audit-related issues to leadership in a timely and efficient manner.

• Participate in ongoing training relevant to the functional area.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is required.

• 2 years of relevant experience and/or training.

• Knowledge of employee benefits, COBRA, and other federal and regulatory requirements is essential.

• Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS, and similar applications.
