• Collaborate with HR team members and business stakeholders to complete assigned projects and tasks across various departments.
• Assist in the ongoing job description project, which entails updating all company job descriptions, auditing existing ones, and documenting the processes involved.
• Support emerging career initiatives by coordinating interviews and reaching out to applicants.
• Conduct research on industry trends and summarize the findings.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team.
• Review and finalize timesheet correction forms.
• Track harassment training for new hires.
• Develop forms that highlight CFP’s company culture.
• Undertake other projects and assignments as requested.
• A high school diploma is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and others.
• Proven capabilities in interpersonal dynamics along with a desire to support a team.
• Must possess a keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
