This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Collaborate with HR team members and business stakeholders to complete assigned projects and tasks across various departments.
β’ Assist in the ongoing job description project, which entails updating all company job descriptions, auditing existing ones, and documenting the processes involved.
β’ Support emerging career initiatives by coordinating interviews and reaching out to applicants.
β’ Conduct research on industry trends and summarize the findings.
β’ Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team.
β’ Review and finalize timesheet correction forms.
β’ Track harassment training for new hires.
β’ Develop forms that highlight CFPβs company culture.
β’ Undertake other projects and assignments as requested.
β’ A high school diploma is required.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and others.
β’ Proven capabilities in interpersonal dynamics along with a desire to support a team.
β’ Must possess a keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
β’ Ability to manage initiatives and projects, adjusting priorities and responsibilities to meet changing business needs.
