This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Conduct visits to ZOLL customers and accounts in the field to ensure the ongoing provision of ZOLL medical devices for clinically suitable cases.
• Assess independently and in collaboration with office personnel and healthcare providers on how to highlight patient cases to the staff.
• Focus on patient care, transitions of care, reorder documentation, and potential end-of-use goals.
• Utilize personalized analysis and Plans of Care to guide providers and staff regarding patients’ subsequent levels of care and the role of ZOLL devices.
• Partner with ZOLL TM/RM to guarantee appropriate service levels with minimal interruptions.
• Oversee follow-up processes with various departments, including National Accounts and payer-related activities.
• Stay informed about clinical and value propositions for ZOLL products and services.
• Process necessary documentation swiftly to avoid service delays and safeguard recurring revenue.
• Remain knowledgeable of different payer requirements and ensure compliance to enhance reimbursement realization.
• Train and educate hospital and office staff on medical device ordering requirements and workflows.
• Enhance claims billing yield within an assigned geographical area.
• Assist with departmental projects and special assignments.
• Meet and sustain acceptable performance metrics.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and relevant healthcare regulations, particularly HIPAA.
• Work in hospitals, physicians’ offices, and other medical facilities within the designated territory.
• Travel around 80% within a specified geography and occasionally work evenings or weekends.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or a comparable combination of education and sales experience.
• Preferred healthcare/medical device clinical or billing experience.
• Ability to navigate hospital and clinic/practice settings, including hospital flow and document collection.
• Confident and capable in provider and patient interactions.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to proactively plan and work independently while collaborating with others.
• High urgency and flexibility in scheduling.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• A problem-solving attitude and accountability for tasks from start to finish.
• Proficient with MS Office applications, including Power BI, Excel, Word, and Outlook, is preferred.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems, including Salesforce.com and Dynamics, is preferred.
• Capability to work independently with strong self-motivation.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 80%.
• Ability to work in hospitals, physicians’ offices, and other medical facilities within the assigned territory.
• Flexibility to occasionally work atypical hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and relevant healthcare regulations.
• Annual salary ranging from $50,000.00 to $55,000.00.
