Patient Account Representative Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead or coordinate shift operations involving assigned activities, resources, and personnel.

• Act as a technical or functional resource and carry out similar tasks with team members.

• Assign, monitor, and assess work progress.

• Oversee and report on adherence to policies and procedures.

• Manage and evaluate the orientation and training processes for assigned associates.

• Contribute to the assessment and evaluation of staff performance.

• Carry out the responsibilities of a Patient Account Representative.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Missouri Managed Medicaid or Medicare is highly preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• High school diploma/GED or a minimum of 10 years of work experience.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience.

• Frequent use of a keyboard for data entry.

• Capability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing between 25–50 lbs.

• Proficient in frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive movements of feet/legs and hands/arms.

• Adept at using vision and depth perception for close and distant tasks, as well as identifying and distinguishing colors.

• Skilled in using hearing and speech for verbal communication and to detect alarms and malfunctioning equipment.

• Capable of occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping.

• Rarely required to climb.

• No professional license or certification is necessary.

• Applicant must reside in Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin.

• Must be available for the day shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
