Patient Account Representative – Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead or coordinate shift operations for designated activities, resources, and personnel.

• Act as a technical or functional expert and undertake similar tasks with team members.

• Assign, oversee, and assess work progress.

• Monitor compliance with policies and procedures and report any discrepancies.

• Supervise and assess the orientation and training of assigned staff.

• Contribute to the evaluation and review of employee performance.

• Carry out duties as a Patient Account Representative.

• Execute additional responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience with Missouri Managed Medicaid or Medicare.

• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• High school diploma/GED or a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience.

• Frequent use of a keyboard and data entry tasks.

• Capability to lift/carry and push/pull objects weighing between 0–25 lbs. regularly.

• Ability to occasionally lift/carry and push/pull objects weighing between 25–50 lbs.

• Capacity to engage in frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive movements of the feet/legs and hands/arms.

• Proficiency in performing near and far vision tasks, as well as color identification.

• Ability to use hearing and speech for verbal communication, including responding to alarms and identifying malfunctioning machinery.

• No professional license or certification is necessary.

• Must be a resident of Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin.
